HIGH ALERT: Looking for all Grateful Patients!

1. Do you appreciate your doctor, nurse or other staff at your doctor’s office or at
UPMC Chautauqua?
2. Then click HERE to tell them you are a Grateful Patient!
3. Still thinking about it?  It’s so easy to say Thank You that you can do it the next two
minutes!

WCA Foundation’s Grateful Patient Fund was started by a very appreciative patient of  Dr. Wilson Shaw who served this community as a surgeon many years ago. You don’t need a lawnmower accident that threatens your ability to ever walk on your foot again as Kurt Pfaff did to thank those who care for your health.  Appreciating their “being there” for you is a good enough reason to do so.

To express your gratitude for the medical help you or your loved ones receive, donate to The Grateful Patient Fund and help others through your action. Your gift will help to serve this community through grants to purchase surgical and medical equipment for special needs outside the realm of the hospital budget.

Gifts can be given online or by sending your contribution to the Grateful Patient Fund, WCA Foundation, P.O. Box 840; Jamestown, NY 14702-0840.  However you choose to contribute, your note of gratitude will be sent to the person you identify, however the amount of your gift will remain confidential.  Please include contact information for the person you are honoring with your note.

WCA Foundation’s Board of Directors, other volunteers and staff would like to express their gratitude to you for your support of our mission to enhance the health care initiatives of UPMC Chautauqua to meet the ever changing medical needs of this community.
